Ask A Question

Overview

As a patient you have the right to ask questions about your health. Every time you talk with a doctor, nurse, or funder you have the right to ask questions regarding you healthcare.

It’s often a good idea to write down your questions beforehand, that way you won’t forget to discuss any thing.

Remember to write down the answers you get, as you may forget and make sure you understand what the person is telling you. If you don’t, ask them to clarify.

The questions you ask can be as simple as:

Do you know what is wrong with me?
What do we do next?
